    A fellow PS member urged me to apply for funding In the process of working through how tobest approach this, and provide the context for it within my broader professional work, it became increasingly clear that a substantial amount of my work, the themes and topics covered, and the themes of the projects you support, are the same as those in my initial outline of my 'new work' as early as 2006; a social enterprise 'foundation; in 2008 which used my work with business/corporate/charity to fund community work and what was 'received' as a vision whilst in india, to be a platform for pioneering learning experiences that opened up consciousness; which are resonant with the two main dimensions of your work. The necessity to 'earn' the money to facilitate these, led me to a 12-year journey evolving professional practice in change management, learning, design and communications, being applied to 'making positive changes in wellbeing in communities' whilst intentionally deinstitutionalising, recovering my creativity and opening up my awareness after years of being seemingly dis or less connected; and now here, arriving almost full circle, at a place where your work is fully expressing and fulfilling this; and experiencing a powerful calling to be part of it.

    In my process of purifying, consolidating and restructuring and refining my work to be aligned with a deeper sense of my values and my alignment with the 'compass of care', there has been a grapple with my materialising of the final production of creations and offerings; especially with the freely given approach, the systems to support it; and a realisation that my strength and my flow is much more 'behind the scenes' than in front of a camera; all pointing to the need for me to be part of a team; the fulfilment of my unique instructions appears to count on it. It points to me needing to join one, or create one.

    Out on the skinny branches of courageous communication, you are the only one who has the integrity, values and honest way of communicating, a fierce love and welcoming of us as we are; and inviting the highest level of expression and fulfilment of our unique instructions, that would have me want to join an existing team. It is the most aligned work; beyond what was ever imaginable; bringing to the fore the very core of my values, and authentically expressing what is true at a level that was an unknown possible reality. It has redefined what business is; a profound evolution of the 'conscious business' journey that has been an active inquiry for me since 2004; and what was felt in my heart it was meant to be; yet had become so corrupted. It was outside of the realm of possibility for me, that a team could exist with this level of alignment and resonance in so many ways as this.

    My intention with this enquiry i to share an outline of what has been 'coming through' since my determined efforts to connect with and be guided by source since 2015; and present my strengths and experience, which have the potential to add value to your work.

     

    and something has been repeatedly signalling for me to communicate with you about this. This is a bold and courageous move for me; and it is time for me to lay my cards on the table and be open to the process of exploration and trust in the natural intelligence of what unfolds or emerges from here.

    Innovation was my degree; seemingly 'pushed' into it by my father who believed it was essential for an artist to 'know business'.

    Odysees of learning

    Since 2006, my work firstly with 'Endless Possibilities' was about learning about the wider realities that we live in; and at the time saw a platform for opportunities to access expansive learning resources and materials.

     

    Later on, this resurfaced in 2019 with 'pedagogy for the new earth' as a guiding title for an evolved version of what was seen in 2006.

     

    Realising now, that this is what you are doing and have created. Perhaps te signal was coming to many of us; and you have materialised it. If you need more support on your team, this is welcome from me; it seems much preparation has been underway for this work; and if evolutionary experiences is what needs to be my focus, that will be made clear.

    I love putting things together to make offerings that people really need and appreciate; it's such a joy.

     

    My resistance to 'sales' and 'marketing' in the past, has been the manipulation in it; when used in and for pure love, it's enlivening. And it is a high strength of mine.

    Invisible work

    Encouraging and affirming to see this in my gene keys; this, linked to 'catalysing movement forward' this has been my experience for many years; and it is only in recent years there is an emerging realisation that something has been at work purely in my presence.

     

    This invisible work is mostly in relation to nature; guided to places, trees, mountains, seas with a very strong sense of being 'moved' to go there. Things happen; visions of pasts and futures seem visible there; and the information informs work I am doing, or is useful to others.

     

    Behind the scenes / / one of the issues with my current work is that when it comes to the 'front line' it comes out of flow.

    Catalysing movement forward

    My energy has always had the effect of clearing spaces and situations around me; and catalysing movement forward; it's also in my mayan profile; this happens simply through my honest communication, through sharing in-formation that is visible to me, and in my work in written and visual communications, coaching (now purely invitation to inquiry and inspired action) and creating spaces for people to communicate and collaborate.

     

    When 'connected' words come through from source, that are not my own; they are direct, loving, clear and honest and have a powerful catalysing effect; my life has been about 'change'; my north star 'challenging the status quo';

    This has been active for my whole life; my way of seeing the details, patterns of information, nuances, the energy of words or emotions, spaces and places; all seeming to present information that is visible to me; yet often unseen to others.

     

    This has taken many years to acknowledge and appreciate having recognised that people cannot see the same; we all have natural strengths for what we see. There has been a huge amount of denial of my realities, and making me wrong or unbalanced; and for a time, became suppressed.

     

    In these last 2 years; having seen what has been happening and in the field of information that has come into reality, it is time for me to own this as a strength. Presenting realities is valuable to others; it is one of the many wisdoms of nature to have some of a species be more attuned to their environment as a gauge and signal to the others for the betterment of them as a whole.

     

    My work has been to create experiences for others to presence realities, and facilitate the inquiry and action process to catalyse and create change.
