In my work in change management and facilitation, people knew me as having 'a creative leftfield approach' that was tehcnically excellent whilst clealrly diffrent from the usual norms; it's what happens when an artist and creator ends up in business!

With a strong value for people being invovled and consenusal in the change that happens, and to do it with love and care, it meant a natural progression towards participative processes for change and away from the top-down culture of change management.

The gradual integration of my creativity with change now brings great tools and approaches that we can use together to make our way to a brigther future, thorugh these times of great change and co-creating a new time on earth.

At 3am on 21 December 2021, a flow of writing came through for a funding application for a children's village; a safe haven for children in these times and the highest level of evolutionary environment possible; for them to develop as natural beings in connection with nature; restoring full harmony and coherence with the natural order.

Working with a multi-disciplinary team of a leading architect, london city planner and development project broker in 2013 on a design proposal for a new garden city; a dawning realisation of the commercial priorities in traditional placemaking and planning, above the wellbeing and highest evolution of people and nature; cataylsing a turning point, marking my departure from mainstream projects and practices; gathering what was useful, to assist with a democratic, earth-centred approach to placemaking with sovereign, natured-based communities

A design fellowship art Manav Sadhna, a children's project in Ahmdebhad, in partnership the National Institute of Design (India) and British Council Fellows, brought a new approach to design thinking; with an invitation to 'see purely through the eyes of love'; with no desire or movement to 'change' anything; to be fully present 'with what is' and follow that which arises in awareness, that beckons for change; an unusual experience in 'design for change' circles!

Livelihoods for children was an interesting inquiry as to how to assist children who need to work, to do so in the best way possible for them.

Being part of UnBox was profoundly inspiring and rich by way of cross-pollination of practice and ideas for social change in communities through design.

A one year maternity cover contract gave me a deep dive into community research, needs and developing projects with charities, social enterprises, community groups and schools to meet the needs of their children and young people through partnerships with businesses operating in their local area; including Sussex, London, Manchester and Mumbai.

Something many take as 'given'; yet so many children grow up without a secure, safe home; 'Homebase' in Auurveda; shelter - Safety - is a bottom line; the beginning of everything. How can we ensure all children have this?

At this great turning point, it is coming into the spotlight even more for many and collectively.

A hot topic; one which after 12 years of research, 'diagnoses; and doing a deep dive into all the layers of that, it's something many children and young people are facing in these times; and there's many paradigms that deserve to be popped to do the best for children and their uniqueness and care needs.

The research 'Recovery, Restitution & Regeneration after sexual abuse in childhood - multidimensional approaches' has evolved into a wider view of ''Recovery, Restitution & Regeneration after abuse in childhood' with what became illuminated through the initial research, as essential for us to tackle as elders of our communities and societies; as it lies in the systems, environments and cultures that we live each day.

An evolving inquiry into access to healthy food in communities since 2010; assisting you with creative ways to engage your community in conversations and inquiries regarding food.

Creative sessions and co-operative games with children; 'making our way through these times' and games for connection, communication, emotional wellbeing and collaboration.

Catalysing spaces for children to express their insights, reflections and wisdom for these times; inviting children to guide, advise and participate in this huge change we are going through in the world.

Chidlren are often showing their innovative and enterprising ways at a young age; how can we assist them in a safe, supportive way, with the expression of their gifts and inspirations to the world around them? We can work together to develop the entrepreneuship of your young ones, with the evolutionary approaches to enterprise in these times.

How best to design and arrange your space to optimise the flow, energy and wellbeing of everyone inhabiting it; and to assist in shaping behaviours that are positive; a fascination with environmental psychology, healthy buildings and tunity to take the space to reflect on the environment for your children, and see possibiliies for positive changes.

Assisting parents, loved ones and professionals to care for and collaborate with children through these times of turning tides and waves of change; tending to emotional wellbeing, therapeutic play and creative engagement and participation in this monumental time on earth.

A natural feature of the resilience of each species, is to have 15-20% with highly organised nervous systems; acting as a sensing organ, a litmus and signal to the rest, offering the speciues valuable information for wellbeing and evolution; assisting you with your sensitive child, and exploring how best to care for them and to help them make best of their strengths.
