Behind the scenes, there is a hive of creativity pouring into the creation of a hub of evolutionary possibilities for you to be inspired and catalysed by in your efforts, endeavours and work in creating extraordinary evolution in community. As you can see, this is a welcome page of a new website.
Whilst this moves with pace towards towards being able to be shared with you, you're a parent, comunity member, working with or in service of children, or as a busienss who sees your responsibiilty to children and their surrounding community; there are many possibilities.

An odyssey
In 2006, my departure from my full-time corporate change management career, propelled to by a deep knowing of the need for me evolve my change management profession to create positive change and wellbeing; further catalysed by my delight at the possibility of a platform for higher learning about change and evolution beyond the possibilities beyond our usual paradigms; leading me to an odyssey of change, learning and evolution of my own; going deeper into the fuller ranges and dimensions of reality, evolution, change and creativity; contining my work with leaders, boards and teams in organisations, whilst narrowing my focus to creating wellbeing and positive change; expanding to work with individuals and teams in communities, charities, social enterprises, wellbeing enterprises, with change-makers, placemakers, councils, and in schools and education; working in the UK, Europe, India, Asia, the US, Mexico and Australia, exploring and experimenting with the fusing and weaving of arts, crafts and design, evolutionary human development, communications, engagement, design and change approaches to find ways to create positive social change; now going beyond that to create extraordinary evolution in community.
That brings me to now. The journey continues - and this part, this time, is what is was all preparation for.

My reason for being here is to care for the earthkeepers; those living in harmony with the principles of nature, as nature; rooted in indigenous ways and connected to the natural evolutionary process of these times.

incorporating a 33 year long professioanal journey of inquiry, research, exploration and experimentation in the many aspects of evolving community.
My professional journey has involved evolving communities in direct and indirect ways;
from being right at the heart of community with people in families, community members, neighbourhoods and in their livelihoods; through my time in communities as part of community projects, consultation and engagement, partnerships and events; as part of my work assisting enterprises, organisations and institutions set up to serve, support and sustain community.
My work with those organisations has also been internal; developing the capacity and capability to better serve and support communities; assiting them with board and leadership advisory, leadership development, organisational change management and evolutionary change approaches, strategic planning, prioritisation, ways of working, problem solving, confllict resolution, service design and development; social innovation;
career has involved working with community organisations, enterprises and institutions work internally with leaders and their teams, with ways of working, processes, projects and programmes, strategic planning, prioritisation and portfolio management of budgets, resources and priorities; assisting with partnership development aand partnership project design and development, as part of that, tending to the capacity to receive. Many communiuty organisations have benefitted from my evolutioanry change management approach, with a tending to the practical and organisational aspects of change within community organisations and out in community; whilst tending with great care, the human dimensions of change, connection to place and relationship to nature as essential part of the picture.
My work with commercial organisatons started off
My work has also involved working directly with Heads and teachers inschools, universities, learning and educatioinal enteprises, serving local learning and development needs in communities; and tending to the responsibilities to contribute to community locally and as an important aspect of development for children and the young. My work since 2014 has increasingly moved towards evolutionary learning, beyond institutions and into community.
My love of tending to the elderley in communiuuty continues; after being seeded in my early years in St Winifred's school choir, where we were reguarly transportted to care homes to sing for them; in more recent years, intergenerational projects are deeply important to me; knowing that our communities need to bring elders and elderly more closely into community, as the social norm is for them to become more islated, less included and engaged.
My work in evolving community health since 2006 is now evolving even further; reaching beyond institutional provision, into the heart of community; as with everything, moving towards relocalisation and decentralisation; and the reconnection to indigenous ways as a source of great wisdom for our community life today and in the future.
My fascination in envirionmental psychology and the affect of our built environment on human behaviour and development has had me naturally seek out places with traditional and evolutionary community design in the built environment; with my ongoing inquiry into biophillic and evolutionary design thinking; and in my career, has led me to work on projects involving an evolutionary garden city design project, urban planning and develoipment events, placemaking, community engagement for developments and partnership development for a heritage garden project; 6 years of working on residetnail network connectivity had me out visiting a multititude of communities and nerighbourhoods; and community partnership projects took me to even more places in the UK and India, took me to even more communities and nrighbourhoods; seeing all the many ways in which people live; and seeing the many challenges we face as a collective; with the many amazing possibilities for evolutionary places also.
My natural gift for connecting to the experience, shinest through my work in all aspects of evolving community. What is it like to be part of this community? And how can we evolve it for the highest good of people, place and planet? This and it's counterpart 'belonging' are centrepoints in my work, that bring me deep joy to tend to; at a heart level and admittedly, are where you'll find me getting happily geeky about too.
My work with individuals has tended to matters closest to heaet ans home; one's own wellbeing and resilience, matters of home, family and community; and livelihood, in a way that sustains and enables people to offer their gifts to community.
My work in evolving community ; adults and children; in business, community and in private; is all, ultimately contributing to the world in which children are growing up in; each interaction, experience, encounter - shaping them and their realities, perspectives and ways of behaving.
The future for our children is now in our hands. It is our choices, actions and inactions, that determine how this goes; what future do we want for our children and future generations?
It is our collective responsibility now, to tend to changes and transitions in the worlds where we belong.
There is much for us to do. Our time is now. Let's give this the best we've got.

Fundamental to children as we know.
And essential for our work too; we need to be part of a village of people who care as deeply as we do, for the children of today - and of the future.
Guiding principles
First principle, is this for the highest evolution of children?
Foundational principle - a bottom line: cause no harm or loss.
Aligning to nature's principles of caring for ourselves and our eco-system, sensing, responding and adapting to earth changes and caring for earth and it's limits as a 'resource'.
There is a commitment here to these as a course of direction; both in what is created for children and in how this little company operates.
Continually evolving business practices, processes and policies, design, innovation, communication and engagement ways of working; and taking care of the energy that goes into everything we create; ensuring it alchemically catalyses higher evolution.
What matters
Child first
Seemingly a a truth many of us hold.
A central, underlying principle of this work; to facilitate that being an experience for all children.
It is fundamental to their development; a foundation for their extraordinary evolution.
